Managing Director
Leads the company’s strategic direction and ensures the highest standards of service delivery. With a focus on innovation, quality, and strong client relationships, he oversees all operations, compliance, and growth initiatives to drive the company’s continued success.
Charlie Carter
Accounts Manager
Oversees financial operations including invoicing, payments, and account management. Maintains accurate financial records, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and provides financial insights to support decision-making.
Tracey Cunningham
Systems Manager
Manages the Office for installation, programming, and maintenance of intruder alarms and CCTV systems, Contracts T&C’s, Quality, Manages Engineers. Ensures systems meet security standards and customer requirements, while coordinating technical support and service teams.
Kerry Marsh
Operations Administrator
Provides administrative support across operations, including scheduling installations, managing maintenance service agreements, and coordinating keyholding and response services. Handles customer communications and ensures smooth day-to-day processes.
Paul Sanders
Senior Engineer
Paul leads the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of intruder alarms and CCTV systems for both commercial and domestic clients. He ensures compliance with industry standards, provides expert technical support, mentors junior engineers, and works closely with customers to deliver tailored security solutions.
Paul Bonham
Response and Patrols Supervisor
Paul oversees the Keyholding & Response team, ensuring prompt attendance to alarm activations and effective coordination of patrols. He manages team performance, supervises security protocols, and acts as the escalation point for complex incidents, while working with operations to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
