Various Cloud based software support - Platform experience – PARIM, SimPro and Verizon (Previous experience would be preferred but not mandatory)

Proven experience working on internal systems and databases

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good levels of attention to detail

IT literate - proficient user of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook

Customer Service Approach PA Level Only – as will be dealing with clients and staff

Multitask Approach

Provide an additional support as needed – shared holiday cover for admin team etc.
